Historical Stories

Back to Resources

Bring history to life and make it personal

Teachers use this extensive collection of role model stories across different subjects, for different purposes. Each character has their own written story, differentiated by age, a video, timeline and audio. Characters have linked teaching resources including assemblies and lessons for exploring character strengths. They also have a wide-range of supporting resources which allow for further exploration of their story, oracy and literacy support, extension questions and materials designed to support wellbeing.

Each historical person can:

  • Enhance cultural capital and curriculum learning through extensive support materials.
  • Promote interest and inspiration in gamechangers from across history.
  • Save teacher's time in creating thoughtful, attractive ready-to-use resources.
