Description

This set of videos explores the use of the Round and Adjust mental division strategy. Roana is the Number Fun character who has mastered this strategy. She owns a rowing school. Each morning she prepares the sets of life jackets she needs for that day. To make it easy for herself, she rounds up the number of jackets available to work out how many sets she has for the set number of people in each group. Roana rounds and then adjusts. In different videos she round up to different multiples before adjusting.
