Description
Papa Titioning is the master of partitioning and place value. In these videos Papa Titioning is partitioning numbers into different combinations of 10s and 1s. In essence, the three versions of Papa Titioning for each yeargroup are identical, except for how each number is referred to: For example, in the 'Original' version, 74 is partitioned into 'sixty and fourteen'. In the '10s and 1s' version, 74 is partitioned into 'six tens and fourteen ones. 'In the 'Stacks' version, 74 is partitioned into 'six stacks (of 10) and fourteen loose logs'. Different versions can be contrasted with each other and explored.
