Because I Know… can also be found within the Multiplication activities, where it is specifically applied to finding the answer to more complex calculations by using a derived or additional fact. E.g. ‘Because I Know 6 x 4 = 24, I also know’: 60 x 4 = 240, 6 x 0.4 = 2.4, 12 x 4 = 48, 6 x 400 = 2,400 etc.
