Description

‘5-Style’ is a simple activity using a single Egg Box, which demonstrates to children the ‘5 and a bit’ image of the numbers 6-9, making them instantly recognisable without the need for counting. With this activity, there will be some crossover with the Abacus activities on ‘5 Style’ in Weeks 1 and 2 of MAP, meaning that the children can immediately make connections between these activities and their previous work.
